What is the booking duration for one day?
One-day booking is calculated from 11:00 PM to 11:00 PM (24 hours). A 1-hour grace period is allowed. After that, a full-day charge applies.
Is any amount refundable if I cancel?
No. No amount is refundable after booking confirmation, except the refundable security deposit (as per inspection).
Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes. The security deposit is refundable after vehicle return and inspection, subject to deductions for damages, challans, or late return.
Is GST included in the price?
GST is applied on the rental amount as per law and shown clearly at checkout.
Can I cancel my booking?
No. All bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
What if I return the car late?
Late returns may attract additional charges, which can be deducted from the security deposit.
What documents are required at pickup?
A valid Driving Licence, Aadhaar Card, and address proof (electricity bill or government-approved proof).
What if there is a mechanical issue during the trip?
You must inform us immediately. Repair costs will be reimbursed within 7 days after inspection, except in cases of overcharging.
